Safety

Design
Our Design Team work collaboratively with the client, and always with a view to understand how the project will be delivered in practice and buildability is always foremost in our thoughts
Pre-Construction Planning
We firmly believe that projects are more successful with solid pre-construction planning. Whether this is understanding how the logistics shall work on site, resource planning, or long lead planning, our intention is always to identify target delivery dates, and meet those dates.
Master Planning
Our teams are experienced in working with Master Planners and ‘large project’ Architects. We understand both the importance of collecting market data to create liveable, functional spaces, and we understand the client’s need to maximize sellable space.
Construction Project Management
Our approach to Construction Project Management is to integrate daily, weekly, and monthly planning into the wider construction program. We engage our construction division early to identify design issues and errors and push through the resolution of the issues before they delay activities on site. We target the Building Services as particular priorities and make the resolution of these issues a priority at a senior level within the team.
Project Close Out
Handing over projects to a Client’s Operation Team is a complex task. Our approach is to engage the Operations Team as early as possible. Ideally we invite them to review documentation before construction commences to receive their input.
