Job responsibilities:

• Assisting Bid Leader, or performing the role of bid leader where required, in preparation of Services Proposal Document (when appointed in Consultancy to assist the Customer in developing the Project Brief, e.g. Feasibility study / Options Appraisal
• Preparing and updating Project Service Plan and briefing Project Team members
• Leading the Pre-start Review(s)
• Compiling and maintaining Service Quality Plan file, where appropriate
• The management of design teams, and assisting in leading the design team to maximize the aesthetic to budget and within time constraints of the project
• Managing Project(s) and project team(s)
• Variation Management
• Program Management -Verifying proposed custom instructions or procedures
• The establishment and maintenance effective administration systems
• Managing the response to Internal Audit Corrective Action Notices
• Identifying, recording and implementing actions in response to non-conformities/complaints
• Preparing and updating Project Control Documents, where appropriate
• Preparing reports to Customer
• Managing the delivery of projects
• Managing the closeout of projects
• Other duties as they become necessary

Qualifications:

• Candidate must be a Licensed Architecture, Civil Engineer or any related field
• At least has 5 years of experience in field and site work
• Have an experience in commercial, corporate office, hotels, new build/high rise towers
• Knowledgeable in MS Office and MS Project
• Currently residing in Cebu
