- Conduct safety meetings, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance, evaluate performance, and identify corrective actions.
- Conduct and supervise facility and site inspections, job hazard analyses, and other evaluations to identify hazards and potential risks.
- Oversee the safety performance of all contractors, ensuring all work complies with safety requirements.
- Monitor the delivery and use of materials, tools, and equipment, and ensure worker productivity and safety in construction.
- Review job schedules, cost breakdowns, and report variances.
- Prevent hazards and maintain safety practices for all personnel on the job site.
- Monitor construction site activities, organize them into logical steps, and budget time to meet established deadlines.
- Manage mobilization for efficiency, including the proper layout of staging areas, trailers, and site.
- Attend pre-construction and construction meetings.
- Conduct post-accident investigations and recommend changes to equipment, processes, and other safety-related issues to correct unsafe conditions.
- Perform additional duties as required from time to time.
- Generate Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Safety Reports for the Project Management Team and client use.
- Establish safety protocols and ensure compliance with authority guidelines in a timely manner.
- Continuously provide suggestions, comments, and recommendations on the T1 Environment, Health, and Safety Plans for General Manager approval.
- Report to the Senior Project Manager assigned to the project.
