Track, follow up, and report on team yearly performance evaluations to be completed by employees and team heads.
Ensure that the training calendar is set at the beginning of the year with a proposed budget and is updated monthly based on actual training programs executed.
Collaborate with the Senior HR Manager and Department Heads on the yearly Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for employees.
Organize training programs based on the Training Needs Analysis of specific teams or departments.
Organize and oversee training sessions on topics such as workplace safety and diversity.
Ensure that evaluations are completed by employees and department heads.
Provide information and analysis on Training Evaluations.
Measure and evaluate training effectiveness.
Coordinate with third-party service providers for scheduled training sessions.
