Senior Training and Development

  • Track, follow up, and report on team yearly performance evaluations to be completed by employees and team heads.
  • Ensure that the training calendar is set at the beginning of the year with a proposed budget and is updated monthly based on actual training programs executed.
  • Collaborate with the Senior HR Manager and Department Heads on the yearly Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for employees.
  • Organize training programs based on the Training Needs Analysis of specific
    teams or departments.
  • Organize and oversee training sessions on topics such as workplace safety and diversity.
  • Ensure that evaluations are completed by employees and department heads.
  • Provide information and analysis on Training Evaluations.
  • Measure and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with third-party service providers for scheduled training sessions.

Senior Designer

  • Assist the Design Manager in providing design direction, executing client
    requirements, quality control, design management, and team management.
  • Prepare architectural and/or interior design plans specific to office fit-outs,
    from schematic design and renders to construction plans, vetting plans, shop drawings, and detailed drawings.
  • Develop conceptual design schemes and specifications, including the selection of furniture, materials, décor, and finishes, while keeping the client’s budget in mind.
  • Oversee the design process using technical expertise and tools.
  • Sign architectural/interior design plans as needed.
  • Prepare and participate in client presentations and create design presentation
    reports.
  • Research design trends and material specifications.
  • Liaise with vendors/suppliers for sourcing material specifications, methodologies, and budgetary proposals.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, decorators, architects, and contractors.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Quantity Surveyor MPF

  • Coordinate effectively with the immediate supervisor and other Quantity Surveyors (QS) for tasks to be accomplished by the QS Team.
  • Assist in preparing necessary commercial reports.
  • Assist in preparing cost plans at various stages.
  • Report and closely coordinate with the immediate supervisor on QS-related concerns.
  • Assist in preparing cost databases for all trades.
  • Review plans and specifications, and address design-related queries for the completion of cost estimates.
  • Perform quantity take-offs as required by the Project QS Team.
  • Assist in preparing bills of quantities.
  • Assist in evaluating billings, contractors’ proposals, change orders, and other construction-related claims.
  • Assist in conducting site visits and reconciling evaluated proposals and billings as necessary.
  • Assist in preparing cost estimates for project cost evaluation and comparison.
  • Assist in the evaluation of commercial bids.
  • Coordinate with Site Managers, Engineers, Consultants, and Suppliers.
  • Perform other related duties and functions as assigned by the company.

Quantity Surveyor CSA Lead

  • Coordinate effectively with all Project Managers, Designers, Commercial Managers, and other Quantity Surveyors (QS) for tasks to be accomplished by
    the QS Team.
  • Assist the Project QS Team in all required tasks.
  • Strategize, monitor, and scrutinize work as instructed by the Project QS Team.
  • Assist in preparing necessary commercial reports.
  • Assist in preparing cost plans at various stages.
  • Represent the QS Team in the absence of the Commercial Manager.
  • Report and closely coordinate with the Project Manager, Commercial Manager, and Designer on QS-related concerns.
  • Prepare cost databases for all trades.
  • Assist in supervising and managing the Project QS Teams in all aspects.
  • Review plans and specifications, and address design-related queries for the completion of cost estimates.
  • Perform quantity take-offs as required by the Project QS Team.
  • Prepare bills of quantities.
  • Evaluate billings, contractors’ proposals, change orders, and other construction-related claims.
  • Conduct site visits and reconcile evaluated proposals and billings as necessary.
  • Prepare cost estimates for project cost evaluation and comparison.
  • Complete evaluations of commercial bids.
  • Update the material and equipment cost database quarterly.
  • Coordinate with Site Managers, Engineers, Consultants, and Suppliers.
  • Perform other related duties and functions as assigned by the company.

Quantity Surveyor / Procurement Associate
(CSA / Archi / ID)

  • Assist in procurement during construction and post-construction.
  • Review design to ensure alignment with fit-out guidelines and requirements.
  • Perform quantity take-off (QTO).
  • Prepare quantity take-off sheets and bills of quantities (BOQ).
  • Evaluate change orders and other construction-related claims.
  • Conduct site visits and reconcile evaluated proposals and billings as necessary.
  • Prepare cost estimates for project cost evaluation and comparison.
  • Coordinate with site managers, engineers, consultants, and suppliers.
  • Perform other related duties and functions as assigned by the company/head.

Paralegal

  • Conduct legal research.
  • Draft letters, correspondence, and legal opinions/reports.
  • Draft and review contracts.
  • Monitor all types of compliance (e.g., legal, corporate, administrative) and address deficiency requirements.
  • Manage corporate housekeeping tasks.
  • Perform other relevant and necessary tasks as assigned.

MPF Designer / Quantity Surveyor Associate

  • Review Mechanical, Plumbing, Sanitary, and Fire Protection (MPF)
    requirements from clients and Building Management for the completion of plans and cost estimates.
  • Assist in creating complete MPF plans.
  • Assist in measuring plans and preparing bills of quantities for mechanical, plumbing, sanitary, and fire protection systems.
  • Evaluate contractors’ proposals for all PMIs, change orders, and other construction-related claims.
  • Conduct site visits and reconcile evaluated proposals, if necessary.
  • Prepare cost estimates for project cost evaluation and comparison.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and bids before and during project implementation.
  • Complete evaluation of technical and commercial bids.
  • Update material and equipment cost database quarterly.
  • Coordinate with Site Managers, Engineers, Consultants, and Suppliers.
  • Perform other related duties and functions as assigned by the immediate
