David has 15 years of experience in construction project management, on-site delivery & client representation within civil infrastructure, commercial, corporate, hospitality and leisure sectors. Delivering projects in Australia, Hong Kong, China and the Philippines. He takes great pride in his team’s ability to deliver projects, and is passionate about partnering with clients to achieve their desired construction project outcomes.

Bien Bullicer

Bien oversees the reginal operations of T1 for Visayas and Mindanao. He supervises the Cebu office and spearheads all the company’s projects in the region. He has handled projects ranging from different sectors including hospitability, office and commercial fit-outs, residential properties, and institutional structures across the country. Bien gives emphasis on T1’s client-centric approach, creating understanding among consultants, clients, and other stakeholders.

Jenelyn Panganiban

Jen is T1’s trusted and reliable office manager. She has experience in handling a wide range of administrative and executive related tasks to support the team’s operations. Backed with over 6 years of office management and technical documentation experience, she is able to be organized, be flexible with work, and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.

Carmi Buen

Carmi is T1’s Lead Quantity Surveyor. She oversees all commercial management projects. Being in the industry for 9 years, she has a diversified experience, a competitive skillset, and adequate knowledge in the field. Carmi is a capable leader who is proficient in her profession. She also has a background in managing the contractual and financial side of construction projects. Her specializations lie on civil, architectural, and structural works.
