Our opportunity to partner with them for our 7th Mega Site in the Philippines demonstrated not only their capability and skills, but their professionalism and dedication. The buildout consisted of 6,528 sq m across 3 floors in Araneta Center and was successfully delivered in time and budget.

T One Project Management Inc. stood out from its competitors early on in our RFP process by how professional and cooperative they were. Not only were they responsive and took our ideas and direction well but they also added value to our vision and made it better by leveraging their experience and expertise.

The whole project was completed in under 90 days. T1 was amazing and flexible in adapting to our changing needs. The team drove an environment of transparency in costs and displayed efficiency in processing permits needed.

Since its completion in September 2019, this buildout is now a flagship site for us in Manila as well as for our Fortune 500 Telecommunications Client who has since filled every seat. The strong partnership resulted in an optimal design for our space which they would later execute seamlessly.
