Over the past 12 months I have worked closely with King Mecija and Erzon Bolus of the T1 Project Services Company. They have been working with me as the External Project Manager on the World Health Organization’s HGreen Roof Top projects. The Green Roof projects include a Solar Energy project, Gym extension project, Green Garden and a Waterproofing project all supported in turn by a Structural Analysis project. The Management of all of these projects which are ongoing at the same time is very demanding and challenging while working to tight deadlines. I have found the engagement of King and Enzon to be of the highest quality. Their dedication and commitment to the success of our project is exceptional. The skills which they bring to bear are at a professional level which is evident in the outcomes of their work and reports. They interact in a business like manner with my colleagues in WHO and also with the various contractors who are also involved with our Green Roof Top projects, They provide substantiative background analysis and review, sound observations as well as relevant options for our consideration. Our opportunity to partner with them for our 7th Mega Site in the Philippines demonstrated not only their capability and skills, but their professionalism and dedication. The buildout consisted of 6,528 sq m across 3 floors in Araneta Center and was successfully delivered in time and budget.

During the process, we found them highly responsive, supportive even outside of their normal office hours, especially given that the clients interface was located remotely in India, USA, and Singapore.

As testament to T1’s flexibility and commitment to our deadlines as they committed to finish the project within the span of 2 months pre-construction and 3 months actual construction to deliver Phase 1, which consists of 2,407 sqm out of the 4,720 total floor area.

We found them highly responsive and supportive, even outside their normal office hours, especially given that client interface was managed remotely from London using Skype… appropriate for a fast-moving global tech company. As a testament to T1’s flexibility and commitment to our deadline, when unavoidable delays held up the start date for the fit-out, T1 rallied their team to rework a 14-week schedule into just 8 weeks, thereby hitting the original go-live date. Working with a group of T1’s professionals allowed our project to run smoothly and be completed on time. They were very accommodating to our needs during the construction and were very prompt in providing updates during the process.
