- Developing detailed project schedules, including identifying all project phases and predicting the time required to complete each one
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to gather information for schedule development
- Updating and adjusting of schedules based on project changes and delays
- Monitor the progress of construction activities and compare this with the project schedule
- Identify and report potential risks and delays, and assist in developing contingency plans to address them
- Prepare reports on project progress and schedule status for project managers and other stakeholders
- Use project management software to assist in managing and tracking schedules
- Ensure that all project activities are carried out in compliance with legal and safety standards
- Participate in project meetings and provide scheduling input and advice.
