T1 was appointed as the overall project manager from the design phase to completion, successfully and effectively managing the collaboration among diverse local and international stakeholders.
The project’s remote location introduced challenges, including logistics, securing skilled labor, and effective management. In order to address this, T1 identified issues with permits early and placed contingency plans during the initial due diligence phase to meet the October 2017 start date on-site, implementing a succinct coordinated approach to ensure delivery.
