T1 conducted a strategic logistics study in collaboration with Shopee. The team identified optimal times for additional warehousing, devised an automation strategy, and procured the necessary equipment. Additionally, the team also assisted the client in developing a strategic and effective rollout plan. These efforts have enhanced the design approval process and significantly improved cost control and cash flow management across the client’s estate.
