Australian software company Atlassian set up an office in the Philippines for further expansion and appointed T1 to propose a baseline budget to their Australian HQ. T1 was tasked to balance the budget within the local market and the global standards of Atlassian and execute the project within a 60-day construction period.
T1 was tasked to design and build a unique space for InTouchCx which had to be implemented over a short period and under a strict streamlined budget. T1’s Commercial Management and Project Management teams collaborated closely to ensure that all items were delivered and installed as envisioned by the client. They also worked together to do value engineering in areas where it was needed.
