T1 was appointed as the client representative and overall project manager to complete the major refreshment and rebranding of Ascott Citadines hotels in Iloilo.

This project involved the complete demolition of internal infrastructure, replacement of building services, new façade works, and fit-out, meeting Ascott’s international hotel specification requirements.

T1 provided a multi-geographical team to manage construction onsite (Iloilo) while liaising with the end user Ascott in Singapore and reporting to the developer in Manila.

T1 was appointed by J Corporation as their commercial management for the construction of J Tower Residences.

T1 initiated the project by measuring and compiling a Bill of Quantites (BOQ) from the FCD set, matching quantities with market rates to evaluate the contractor’s proposal. T1 also conducted monthly valuations of completed works, assessed changes, and forecasted cashflow to guide the client.

T1 is tasked to build a huge, reliable data centre consisting of three two-story data buildings built on a 40,000 sq m plot of land, along with some administration buildings and utilities. T1 is tasked to work closely with the Design team based in Singapore and to make sure that everything is cost-effective and the project will be executed as envisioned by the client.
